He has helped multiple companies and nonprofit organizations develop and retain Latinx professional communities. “I was looking for a career change but didn’t know where to begin. Alexander helped guide me towards the most rewarding job I’ve had so far. Talking to him has not only benefitted me professionally, but personally as well. He made me realize that I have a marketable skillset that not everyone has, and that companies employ people because they have value to add, not to do them a favor. This gave me the confidence I needed to effectively communicate my value to an organization, and position myself as someone they would be lucky to have, rather than someone who would be lucky to be given a chance. This change in mindset has been life-changing.”
“Alexander was my mentor throughout my career. He helped me navigate performance reviews and difficult conversations with colleagues. He would talk to me for hours and help me work through personal, professional and relationship challenges, always making time for me despite his busy schedule. He is more than a mentor and a coach. He genuinely cares about the people he works with.”
“Alexander has been my mentor throughout college as well as my career at JPMorgan. I have found his advice and opinions to be incredibly valuable, always providing me with clarity and sense of direction. This man is full of passion towards helping others, and approaches all situations with thoughtfulness, well-rounded knowledge and total presence. I highly recommend Alexander, and believe he has the ability to help many people just as he has helped me.”
“I was depressed and had crippling social anxiety. I had been in therapy for over five years, with no improvement. Within three months of working with Alexander, I went from being unable to speak on voice calls, to leading calls, organizing group activities and being able to pull myself out of the depths of my depression. He changed my life”
